The people doing the local work

Meet the Central Indiana team.

Brandon and Erika bring different experience to the same job: understanding the property, choosing a practical path, and carrying the work through.

Brandon and Erika Keith

Experience behind the work

Experience on both sides of the work

A successful property project requires more than recognizing valuable objects. Someone must understand the customer's objective, identify the right selling channels, organize hundreds of individual decisions, communicate clearly, and carry the work through completion.

Brandon and Erika have done that work together across thousands of auctions.

Brandon Keith

Central Indiana Lead & Licensed Auctioneer

Brandon has worked in auctions and the secondary market for more than 16 years and holds Indiana auctioneer license AU11200076.

His experience includes serving as an auctioneer for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and assignments involving the Irsay family, Indianapolis Museum of Art, Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, institutions, businesses, collectors, and private families.

He has handled ordinary household contents, vehicles, collections, commercial equipment, institutional property, and unusual objects without an obvious market.

At RVC, Brandon reviews the property as a whole, identifies what deserves additional research or specialist attention, compares the practical options, and prepares the company's written recommendation and offer.

Erika Keith

Listings, Resale & Operations Lead

Erika was born and raised in the estate and auction industry. She understands what it takes to turn a large and disorganized volume of property into an orderly, customer-facing sale.

Her work has included organizing incoming inventory, coordinating photography, writing and reviewing listings, scheduling auctions, maintaining customer and consignor information, and carrying details through sale and settlement.

That experience matters because a house is not one item. It may contain hundreds or thousands of individual decisions, and small operational mistakes can quickly become expensive problems.

At RVC, Erika leads the systems used to organize, document, list, and sell property after the customer and RVC have completed a written agreement.

What that experience means for the customer

It means we know the difference between:

  • something valuable and something merely expensive when new;
  • an item that belongs in a general auction and one requiring a specialist;
  • property that should be sold individually and property that should be grouped;
  • an attractive idea and a route that will actually work within the customer's deadline;
  • moving quickly and making an irreversible mistake.

We cannot promise that every house contains hidden treasures. We can promise that the property will be approached by people who have spent years handling large volumes of real merchandise—and who understand the consequences of getting the first decision wrong.
