The inquiry is a starting point—not an agreement.

These terms apply to the public Reclaimed Value Co. website and its contact form.

No agreement from a website submission

Sending an inquiry, photographs, or other information does not create an agreement, agency relationship, purchase, sale, authorization to enter, or authorization to remove property. RVC may accept or decline an inquiry. Any property work, purchase, transfer, listing, sale, or payment requires a separate written agreement identifying what will happen.

Information and recommendations

Website content and initial conversations provide general information about possible ways to handle household contents and cleanout work. They are not an appraisal, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of value, sale proceeds, timing, or acceptance by another provider. Specialists may be needed for particular property or questions.

Your information

Please provide information you are authorized to share and that you reasonably believe is accurate. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, identification, account numbers, or sensitive personal documents. Our Privacy Notice explains how website inquiries and house photos are handled.

Property and ownership

A website submission does not prove ownership or authority over property. Disputed items, attached fixtures, titled property, firearms, medications, personal records, hazardous materials, and property belonging to someone else require separate review and may be excluded.

Outside providers

RVC may explain that another company or specialist appears to be a better fit. Unless a later written document says otherwise, outside providers operate independently and remain responsible for their own services, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, and terms.

Website availability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but electronic submissions can fail. If you do not receive the confirmation page, call or text (317) 504-6158 before assuming RVC received the inquiry.
