Privacy

Your information stays part of your inquiry.

This notice describes the information collected through the Reclaimed Value Co. website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you contact RVC, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property address, occupancy range, timeline, description of what is happening, and any house photos you choose to provide.

Why we collect it

We use this information to understand the property, review whether RVC may be a fit, contact you as requested, prepare for a conversation or visit, maintain the business record of your inquiry, and protect against misuse of the website.

House photos and property information

Interior-home images and property details can be sensitive. Uploaded photos are kept in private storage and are intended for authorized RVC staff reviewing your inquiry. Please do not submit identification, account numbers, medical records, financial records, passwords, or other sensitive documents.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not give your inquiry or house photos to an auctioneer, estate-sale company, hauler, specialist, or other provider unless you ask us to make an introduction, authorize the sharing, or the disclosure is required by law. Technology providers that host the website, database, and private file storage may process information only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to review and respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve a request or dispute, and meet legal obligations. A later signed agreement may require a different records schedule.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information RVC has about your inquiry, correct it, or request deletion. Some information may need to remain when required for an active agreement, accounting, legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.
