What we collect
The things you tell Lucy about your situation, any photos you upload, and — only if you choose to save your package or connect with a pro — your name, email, and (optionally) phone and city. If you make an account, we store your email to sign you in. We never ask for your Social Security number, and we ask you not to upload documents that contain one.
Why we collect it
To give you your free read, to save your package so you can come back to it, and — only when you say yes — to connect you with local pros so you don’t have to repeat yourself. That’s it.
Who we share it with
Only the certified local pros you choose to connect with, and only what they need to help you. We never sell your information to anyone, ever. When something’s worth selling and you decide to list it, that’s through Reclaimed Market. Your information is never shared with any outside auction business. We make our money from the pros, never from your data.
How we protect it
Your data is encrypted, your photos and documents live in private storage that only our own systems can open (and only through short-lived, single-use links), and every record is locked so one person can only ever see their own. We keep regular backups, and the only people with access are the ones who need it to run the service.
Your choices
- • See it: everything we have on your estate lives on your dashboard.
- • Delete it: there’s a “Delete my data” button on your dashboard that permanently removes your situation, photos, and read. You can also email us and we’ll do it.
- • Stay anonymous: you can use the free read without making an account at all.

The value numbers Lucy gives are rough estimates to help you get your bearings — not a formal appraisal, and nothing here is legal or financial advice. For a binding valuation or legal questions, talk to a licensed appraiser or attorney (we’re happy to point you to local ones).
