- •RED — TRASH / RECYCLE: broken, unusable, expired.
- •PINK — KEEP: going to a named person, with a date.
- •BLUE — RESEARCH / SPECIALIST: unknown or high-value; hold it.
The only rule: nothing leaves the property until every item has a colored note on it.
